HP 2023 Real exam Questions

AdultFriendFinder review: Is it real? Does it work in 2023? They paid for a membership and can tell you

AdultFriendFinder: Scam or real? Does it work in 2023?

These are questions when signing up for a new hookup site. The goal is to find a legit hookup, not spend hours talking to bots.

Gather round kids, because here’s the tea: Thanks to AdultFriendFinder, also known as AFF, I now have two stable friends-with-benefits who I see on a regular basis. Both are babes and really open-minded. You could say I’ve tried some new things in the bedroom thanks to these women.

But that doesn’t mean that AdultFriendFinder is all rainbows and butterflies. I signed up for a premium membership to take it for a real test drive, and there were a few things to watch out for.

This review will show you all the good and bad that comes along with an AdultFriendFinder membership, and if it’s worth signing up for.

For the people who don’t want to read the full review, I’ve broken down some pros and cons. Keep studying to find out more details about these!

  • There are millions of users.
  • 24/7 customer support
  • Registration is free.
  • The premium price is not bad.
  • Fetishes, kinks, and alt lifestyles are all welcome.
  • People are extremely willing and eager to meet up.
  • Due to the huge user base, there are lots of locals no matter your location.
  • Users are extremely open-minded.
  • You will find someone who wants to hang out immediately, even among some fake profiles.
  • You can enjoy the app version on your mobile divide.
  • Cons

  • Bots, fakes, inactive profiles, and scammers exist.
  • There are tons of ads.
  • You won’t get much out of the free version.
  • Some pages redirect to other companies.
  • There are plenty of users who aren’t easy on the eyes.
  • There was a security breach in 2015, but it’s been resolved.
  • Some argue that it was more effective when it first launched.
  • Ok, now for the real review…

What’s A Free AdultFriendFinder Membership Like?

I’m going to be honest here, you’re not going to be able to hook up with anyone by registering for a free membership. But because AdultFriendFinder is so much more than just a hookup site, there’s still a lot you can do.

For instance, you can join adult chat rooms or watch live sex cam girls. Just be advised that some of these “extra features” that AdultFriendFinder provides will just lead you to another website.

As a free member, you will also get a feel for the lay of the land and be able to receive messages. Find out who is online, who lives nearby, and who some of AdultFriendFinder’s hottest members are. You can also get detailed information from everyone’s profile and narrow your search by the age and gender filters.

I remained a free member for an hour and got some messages. Most of the women who sent the messages weren’t that hot. With 80 million members and counting, it’s no surprise that the users aren’t all supermodels. I’m not much of a looker either, though. Plus, I’d rather meet a DTF woman than one who isn’t but is walking down the runway. That’s where AdultFriendFinder can really deliver.

But there were a few profiles that really piqued my interest. I received messages like, “All I want is a nice bang and I’ll be on my way.” In order to message back, I had to upgrade my membership.

    What’s A Gold Membership Like?

Yes, I bit the bullet and went Gold. Several friends told me it was a good idea because they actually found hookups through the site. For that reason, I bought the entire year because it was the best value. $14.95 per month comes to as little as $0.50 per day. It’s way less than a cup of joe and totally worth it. AdultFriendFinder doesn’t accept Paypal or cryptocurrency. You can use Mastercard, Discover, or Visa. Here’s the pricing breakdown:

  • $14.95 a month for 12 months or $180
  • $19.95 a month for six months or $90
  • $24.95 a month
  • The moment I signed up for AdultFriendFinder’s membership plan, I was introduced to hundreds of women who were nearby, online, and wanted some action. Again, they weren’t all gorgeous, but that’s OK with me. I started getting messages almost immediately.

Some also felt suspiciously like bots. You can tell that someone is a bot if they don’t speak naturally or respond insanely fast. But others were from actual real women who genuinely wanted to get off with a nearby stranger, and I wanted to be that stranger.

I have a pretty unique type. I love women who have a large bust, are thick, and have blue eyes. Ok, so not that unique. Luckily AdultFriendFinder has a very specific advanced search that makes finding someone who is your type very easy. You can also use it to find couples and groups to meet up with.

Here’s a snippet of how detailed you can get. . . and that’s not even half of it.

After selecting the traits that turned me on, I began my hunt for the perfect friend-with-benefits. This might come as a shock, but I’m not a one-night-stand type of guy. Don’t get me wrong, I love casual sex as much as the next person. But I like to have an ongoing sexual relationship because I like getting really comfortable with another person and experimenting with kinkier sex as time goes on. I hoped and prayed that AdultFriendFinder would grant me a compatible friend-with-benefits.

Guess what? Within a couple of days, I got two.

Using AdultFriendFinder To Actually Hook UpI’ll explain to you how it went down for me. I got a ton of messages from horny locals who weren’t really turning me on. There were some swingers thrown into the mix as well, but nothing that was really making me sweat (AFF does a double as a swingers site, but it’s not my thing). Until I came across a message from Jessica.

Before I could even meet up with her, I spotted another blue-eyed beauty named Whitegirldtfsum1. Spoiler alert: they hooked up the day after I had sex with Jessica.

Now I see Jessica and Whitegirldtfsum1 regularly. I am currently working towards getting them in bed with me at the same time. Fingers crossed!

    So, Is It Legit?

I’m not surprised that some folks on the Internet are quick to call AdultFriendFinder a scam. With millions of members and new people joining by the minute, there are bound to be some unhappy customers. Not everyone knows how to use the Internet to get laid, or what to look out for from people who actually do use AdultFriendFinder to scam people.

There are certainly some misgivings and some people who use AdultFriendFinder for their own sick schemes. But if you’re smart, the site will get you laid. Again, AdultFriendFinder is not the holy grail of hookup sites, but it’s pretty darn close.

To get the most out of AdultFriendFinder, keep the following things in mind:

  • Look Out For Scammers: There will always be people on the Internet who want your money or information. They will try to take advantage of you when you are at your most vulnerable. . . like looking for a hookup. Don’t ever supply personal information out to people on AdultFriendFinder. They have no use for it—unless they are trying to scam! If a match says any of the following, they are probably trying to scam you:
  • “I need money because I am sick.”
  • “I have legal issues, can you help me with those?”
  • “I have a ton of money in a secure account overseas, but I need a bit of money to get it out.”
  • “My friend died and I don’t know how to pay for the funeral.”
  • Beware Of Bots: The truth is, you’ll encounter a lot of bots with the free membership on AdultFriendFinder. They are easy to identify, but you want to stay away from them. They are a total waste of time. They will send you a generic opener like, “Hey big boy, looking for a good time?” It might be tempting, but there’s no point in entertaining this.
  • Ditch Dead Profiles: Dead profiles are abandoned or inactive profiles. AdultFriendFinder isn’t that good at getting rid of these, so keep that in mind when you’re fishing for a hottie.
  • Ignore The Ads: There are ads on AdultFriendFinder. If you ignore them and don’t click on them, you’ll have a smooth ride on the website!
  • Know What You Want: If what you want from AdultFriendFinder is a hookup, you’re in good hands. That’s what AdultFriendFinder does best—hook up two horny users! There are so many people using the site that finding a partner, companion, or quickie is as easy as stealing candy from a baby.
  • Educate Yourself On Catfishes: There are so many people who hop onto AdultFriendFinder regularly. There’s no major way to verify who is catfishing you and who isn’t. AdultFriendFinder does its best by requesting photo verification. That’s awesome! But people are smart. Through photoshop or sheer photo theft, someone can pretend to be much more attractive than they are in real life. We’ll be honest, not everyone who uses AdultFriendFinder is a supermodel, so keep an eye out for the catfishes. They are frequent on almost every dating site and hookup app. Also beware that adult sites like these can actually hire their own staff to act as models that live nearby. This is another form of a catfish. AdultFriendFinder has been known to do this in the past, but now they have so many users that they don’t have to. Here are some ways to tell if someone is a catfish:
  • They won’t video chat
  • Their photos are of different people
  • Their photos look fake or photoshopped
  • Understand Who The Models Are On AdultFriendFinder: If what you’re looking for is a model, then visit the Live-Action section of the site! This is where you can watch hot models perform for you in real time using their webcams.
  • Is AdultFriendFinder Safe?Back in 2015, AdultFriendFinder got into some trouble due to a large data breach. They have since implemented some of the best security systems offered and there have not been any privacy or security issues since that one in 2015. In fact, due to the stress caused by the 2015 breach, AdultFriendFinder has gone out of its way to make itself one of the safest and most secure hookup sites on the web, implementing the most secure encryption systems.

Final Thoughts About AdultFriendFinderHere’s the thing—no hookup site is perfect. AdultFriendFinder is almost there, but not quite. There are ads, there are some bots, and the users aren’t all smoke shows. But AdultFriendFinder is one of the best hookup sites because it works! Plus, it’s so quick and easy. The Gold membership is definitely worth two quarters a day for me. I am reminded of this with each casual hookup session that was brought to me by AdultFriendFinder.

    What’s The Live-Action Section?

The Live-Action section on AdultFriendFinder is a whole lot of fun, but it won’t actually get you laid. This section is for webcam models who want to show you the goods, hoping you’ll pay so they can get a Chanel bag or pay their student loans. Many of the rooms are near empty, so you can definitely get the model’s attention without fighting through a ton of horny users, but these girls aren’t going to meet up with you.

The only chance you have at meeting any of these models in person is by following their social media pages that they’ve got outside of AdultFriendFinder. This is easy to do as many of the models list their socials right there on the page. If you aren’t a total ogre, you may as well try your luck!

The Live-Action section also doesn’t discriminate. You can view men, women, trans people, pansexual people, couples, threesomes, solo sessions, and more. The shows are of pretty high quality with a nice set and great production value.

The bottom line with webcam models is that they want to be paid, but they also love being showered with attention. If you play your cards right, you could get the webcam models to perform all sorts of seductive acts without dropping major stacks on the performance itself. But, it’s always worth paying the webcam model. They will work harder, utilize their skillset to the fullest potential, and it’s just the right thing to do.

How To Use AdultFriendFinder To Find A HookupFinding The Right Partner on AFF:

When you get your membership, you’ll be led through a series of questions that help AdultFriendFinder assess your personality and match you. It’s ideal for both short-term hookups and long-term partners. From there, you can make selections about your preference in a partner. Again, so many people use AdultFriendFinder, so narrowing down will help you save tremendous amounts of time. You will be shown profiles of folks who live in your area, so that you don’t have to buy a plane ticket or spend money on gas just to get your freak on.

AdultFriendFinder also has a Purity Test. This is a test that determines how “pure” (or prude) you are. It might seem like a lot of hooey, but this test will help you figure out how far you’ve gone sexually and how far you’re willing to go. It will then introduce you to folks who can satisfy your sexual urges.

Adult Dating Tips:Your hookup journey starts with a good conversation starter. If you aren’t sure what to talk about, take a look at their infographic helping you figure out what to say to actually get a sexy person in the bed with you! Don’t be too eager or creepy. The key is to find the balance between casual and sexual. If you’re too nervous to make the first chat or consider yourself an introvert, you can use AdultFriendFinder’s icebreaker messages or send a virtual gift! These can come in the form of everything from emojis to real gifts.

How To Meet In Person:Ok, so you’ve finally met someone who doesn’t look like a gremlin, who is horny, and who doesn’t have a personality that resembles stale toast. Congratulations! Now you’ve got to master that first date or first meetup. Here are some of the do’s and don’ts of a first-time meet up!

    HP Victus 16 (2023)

We reviewed the HP Victus 16 gaming laptop back in 2021, but new CPU and GPU silicon means it's time for a new model. The 2023 HP Victus 16 (starts at $1,099.99; $1,449.99 as tested) is available in multiple configurations, some of which strike us as better values than the model they reviewed, which teams a 13th Generation Intel Core i7 processor with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 graphics and 1TB of storage. They have no complaints about this gaming laptop's relatively plain physical design, and its battery is long-lasting, but a ho-hum display that tops out at a 60Hz refresh rate is a big miss for a gaming rig at this price. The 2023 HP Victus 16 neither separates itself from the lower end nor keeps pace with slightly more costly alternatives. This leaves the Gigabyte Aorus 15 BMF as their best budget gaming laptop still, and the MSI Katana 15 as a better deal overall compared with the Victus as configured.

A Slim and Trim 16-Inch Gamer

The Victus 16 doesn't compensate for its entry-level status with a flashy look or bold design choices, though some other configurations have flashier blue and white color options than their test unit. It's a pretty restrained all-black laptop, made to fit in rather than stand out. Since gaming rigs in this price range are likely to be your only system—also taken to class or to a café—blending in with the scenery is a fine choice.

HP's Victus supports a portable lifestyle as well, measuring 0.94 by 14.5 by 10.2 inches (HWD) and weighing 5.15 pounds. That's fairly svelte and reasonably light for a 16-inch gaming notebook.

Despite being plastic instead of aluminum, the laptop's physical build feels sturdy. They recently looked at the HP Omen 16 (2023), which used the same plastic chassis for a $2,800 configuration as an entry-level model. However, while HP's Victus design and materials aren't exactly punching above their weight, they're acceptable at under $1,500.

That impression really extends to the whole design—it's perfectly serviceable for the price, even if the latter shades from budget into midrange territory. The keyboard is bouncy and comfortable to type on, the touchpad is serviceable, and the chassis doesn't feel weak or flimsy. The visual design, though plain, is clean and neat, and the laptop feels sufficiently substantial. (A sale price at this writing, knocking $250 off their system's $1,449.99 MSRP, makes the Victus more tempting as well.)

The display is similarly straightforward, with classic full HD (1,920-by-1,080-pixel) resolution and a rated 300 nits of brightness, which together are pretty much table stakes for all but the cheapest laptops nowadays. The screen isn't especially bright or sharp, but delivers an overall picture that's just fine, with enough color and contrast to get the job done.

However, its refresh rate is the same 60Hz as the displays of generic productivity laptops—fine for general use, but almost disqualifying for a gaming machine in 2023. Even among budget gaming rigs, a 120Hz or higher refresh rate has become the norm, keeping pace with modern GPUs to make games look and play more smoothly. (This is despite the fact that most don't excel at resolutions higher than 1080p.)

Even a glance at its specs tells you their Victus 16 config is capable of 120 frames per second (fps) or more with at least some games, so 60Hz is a stark letdown in this price range. HP sells other models with higher-refresh panels, but both base versions and their boosted configuration are stuck at 60Hz.

At least the ports are well-rounded, starting with a USB Type-A port, a not-too-common Ethernet port, and a headphone jack on the left side. The right flank holds two more USB-A ports, a USB-C port, and an HDMI connector for an external monitor. You'll find no major misses here—the USB-C port doesn't support Thunderbolt 4 speeds, but that's not a deal-breaker—and the inclusion of an Ethernet port for serious online gaming and big file downloads is welcome.

A 1080p webcam complements the connectivity with clearer video call quality than most. It can't compete with a decent standalone USB camera for clarity—lighting still appears somewhat crushed—but my face and background looked noticeably crisper than on laptops with low-rent 720p cameras.

    Configuration Complications

As mentioned, their review unit isn't a Victus 16 base model, so let's back up. The least expensive configuration on HP's website is a $1,099.99 system with an AMD Ryzen 5 7640HS CPU, 16GB of memory, a 512GB solid-state drive, and a previous-generation Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 GPU. The most affordable Intel model is $1,149.99 (on sale for $899.99 at this writing), which has the same components except for swapping in a Core i5-1300H CPU.

If you want Nvidia's latest GPU generation, a $1,299.99 config contains the same specs as the Intel system above but steps up to an RTX 4050—probably a worthy $150 upgrade if you're looking for a more future-proof gaming rig. An AMD Ryzen 7 model with GeForce RTX 4060 is $100 above that.

Finally, they come to their test unit, whose $1,449.99 list buys you a Core i7-13700H (six Performance cores, eight Efficient cores, 20 threads), 16GB of RAM, a 1TB NVMe SSD, and a GeForce RTX 4050 GPU. As I said, this slides into midrange gaming laptop territory, making the 60Hz screen refresh rate and RTX 4050 seem underwhelming. We'll reserve judgment until they look at the benchmark results, however.

Testing the HP Victus 16: Steady as She Goes

To put this laptop's performance in context, we've collected a quartet of competing gaming rigs for their benchmark charts. We've already mentioned the MSI Cyborg 15, their top budget gaming recommendation at the time of testing (replaced by the aforementioned Gigabyte Aorus 15 BMF), which occupies a price tier below this HP at $999. The MSI Katana 15 is a more well-equipped alternative, priced just above the Victus 16.

Two other contenders come from Lenovo. The Lenovo Legion 5i Gen 7 relies on similar but previous-generation parts, giving you an idea of the performance improvement the new components bring. Finally, the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 Gen 8 ($1,767.99 as tested) shows what you can get for a few hundred dollars more than the Victus.

    Productivity and Content Creation Tests

We run the same general productivity benchmarks across both mobile and desktop systems. Their first test is UL's PCMark 10, which simulates a variety of real-world productivity and office workflows to measure overall system performance and also includes a storage subtest for the primary drive.

Our other three benchmarks focus on the CPU, using all available cores and threads, to rate a PC's suitability for processor-intensive workloads. Maxon's Cinebench R23 uses that company's Cinema 4D engine to render a complex scene, while Geekbench 5.4 Pro from Primate Labs simulates popular apps ranging from PDF rendering and speech recognition to machine learning. Finally, they use the open-source video transcoder HandBrake 1.4 to convert a 12-minute video clip from 4K to 1080p resolution (lower times are better).

Finally, they run PugetBench for Photoshop by workstation maker Puget Systems, which uses the Creative Cloud version 22 of Adobe's famous image editor to rate a PC's performance for content creation and multimedia applications. It's an automated extension that executes a variety of general and GPU-accelerated Photoshop tasks ranging from opening, rotating, resizing, and saving an image to applying masks, gradient fills, and filters.

The Victus 16 was one of the best performers in the group, which isn't too surprising when you compare CPUs. The two MSI notebooks share the same 13th Gen Intel CPU, but it's a slightly less powerful chip than the one HP chose. The Legion 5i has an older processor but often outperformed the Victus, which just goes to show the importance of individual testing. It ended up perched alongside the Legion Pro 5 and its potent Ryzen chip.

Performance numbers are always interesting, but rarely not your only deciding factor. If you like the Victus 16 as an overall package, the question is whether you can rely on it for general use and churning through some media tasks for content creators and editors. The short answer is yes—the HP is capable of handling demanding jobs at a fine pace, even if it's no match for a pro-grade mobile workstation.

    Graphics and Gaming Tests

For gaming laptops, they run both synthetic and real-world gaming benchmarks. The former includes two DirectX 12 gaming simulations from UL's 3DMark, Night Raid (more modest, suitable for systems with integrated graphics) and Time Spy (more demanding, suitable for rigs with discrete GPUs). Also thrown into that gauntlet is the cross-platform GPU benchmark GFXBench 5, which they use to gauge OpenGL performance. These GFXBench tests are rendered offscreen to accommodate different native display resolutions; more frames per second (fps) means higher performance.

Moving on, their real-world gaming tests come from the in-game benchmarks of F1 2021, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and Rainbow Six Siege. These three games—all benchmarked at 1080p resolution—represent simulation, open-world action-adventure, and competitive/esports shooter games, respectively. Valhalla and Siege are run twice (Valhalla at Medium and Ultra quality, Siege at Low and Ultra quality), while F1 2021 is run once at Ultra quality and, for GeForce RTX-based systems, a second time with Nvidia's performance-boosting DLSS anti-aliasing turned on.

One immediate point in the Victus 16's favor is that it noticeably outperformed its fellow RTX 4050 system in these tests. Granted, it's the more expensive of the two, but it was a clear winner on graphics performance.

Against the more similarly priced and more expensive laptops, the HP fell where you’d expect. The jump from the RTX 4050 to the 4070 is significant, and if your budget can stretch that far it may be well worth the leap. Looking at the Valhalla results, where the Victus averaged barely more than 60fps at maximum settings, the two RTX 4070 machines cruised at more than 100fps.

To be sure, the HP laptop posted respectable results, achieving today's minimum target of an average 60fps in demanding titles at top-quality settings. (DLSS can help keep frame rates higher than that in compatible titles.) Their judgment really comes down to price, however; HP's Victus numbers were about the minimum performance I'd expect for this cost, and it would look much better at their configuration's current sale price than its list price. Some of the surcharge goes into the CPU and 1TB of storage, of course, but the Victus wasn't a significantly better performer than the much cheaper MSI Cyborg 15 (which includes a 144Hz display). The Victus 16 was notably unable to take advantage of the two titles whose frame rates go into the hundreds.

    Battery and Display Tests

We test laptop battery life by playing a locally stored 720p video file with display brightness at 50% and audio volume at 100% until the system quits. They make sure the battery is fully charged before the test, with Wi-Fi and keyboard backlighting turned off.

Additionally, they use a Datacolor SpyderX Elite monitor calibration sensor and its Windows software to measure a laptop screen's color saturation—what percentage of the sRGB, Adobe RGB, and DCI-P3 color gamuts or palettes the panel can show—and its 50% and peak brightness in nits (candelas per square meter).

Battery life is one of the HP's highlights, having lasted longer than any competitor here. That supports everyday use outside of the house, encouraging you to take this mostly portable laptop around as needed without keeping an eye out for the nearest AC outlet as you must with some gaming rigs. Its screen color coverage and brightness were pretty pedestrian, though hardly an outlier in this mostly budget-priced group.

    Verdict: Pick Your Model Carefully

The HP Victus 16 straddles the fence between entry-level and midrange gaming. On one hand, its performance is effective, especially in their CPU tests, and it combines plenty of storage with decent battery life. On the other, the HP's price puts it close to more fully featured and better-performing systems rather than economy models. Laptop build quality and design are acceptable but not thrilling as you creep toward $1,500, and the 60Hz screen is a real miss for a gaming laptop at nearly any price in 2023.

If you can find their test configuration for the $1,199.99 sale price seen at press time, it's more compelling, but as configured it's not the best value. At a glance, we'd suggest the Victus 16 setup with Core i7 CPU, GeForce RTX 4060 graphics, and 165Hz display at $1,569.99 (discounted to $1,319.99 at this writing). Beyond that, they recently gave the considerably cheaper Gigabyte Aorus 15 BMF their Editors' Choice award in budget gaming laptops if you're looking to save money. In the other direction, the MSI Katana or one of Lenovo's Legions are smarter choices.

    • Rechtsverteidigungskosten

    • Betriebsunterbrechung
    • Betriebsunterbrechung durch Ausfall von Dienstleister (optional)
    • Mehrkosten
    • Wiederherstellung von Daten (auch Entfernen der Schadsoftware)
    • Cyber-Diebstahl: elektronischer Zahlungsverkehr, fehlerhafter Versand von Waren, Telefon-Mehrkosten/erhöhte Nutzungsentgelte
    • Cyber-Erpressung
    • Entschädigung mit Strafcharakter/Bußgeld
    • Ersatz-IT-Hardware
    • Cyber-Betrug
